Description:
The subject of a contract implemented by an over -limit procedure is the establishment of a dynamic purchasing system (hereinafter referred to as "DNS"), in which individual calls for submitting tenders will be announced for the supply of selected assortment of laboratory devices and spare parts that are commonly available on the marketand which are classified according to the procurement dictionary in the range of group 38 in the joint dictionary of procurement (CPV) for the employees of the Constantine the Philosopher University in Nitra, including the provision of warranty service, possibly also non -minor service through a service technician (if it is soRequirement determined by some applicants for a specific partial call) and other related services. Provision of related services: delivery of goods to the place of delivery, unloading the goods at the place of delivery, handed out to the end of the installation, if necessary training employee, collection andecological disposal of packaging material in accordance with Act 79/2015 Coll. on Waste and Amendments to Certain Acts.
