• Description:
• The subject of the order is: 4K/ICG laparoscopic set including related services for the needs of II. Surgical Clinic of the Faculty Hospital with F. D. Roosevelt Polyclinic Banská Bystrica. Instrumentation must be new, unused, not refurbished minimum technical-medical and functional parameters specified by the public contracting authority. We require the delivery of instrumentation that is approved for import and sale in the Slovak Republic or within the European Union and will comply with those in force international standards, STN, generally binding legal regulations and which has been assigned a valid ŠUKL code. The offered instrumentation must meet the defined technical specification. The contracting authority allows, if in the specification of the subject of the contract, a summary some of the specified parameters or a range of parameters identified the product of a specific manufacturer, the possibility to submit an equivalent in the offer on the condition that such equipment will meet the requirements for utility, operational and functional characteristics, which are necessary to ensure the purpose for which the device is intended. The burden of proof of identification of the product of a specific manufacturer and fulfillment of the utility, operational and functional characteristics is on the side of the interested party. Part of the subject of orders are related services: - delivery of instrumentation to the specified location, - installation, -functional test, -protocol takeover and handover of equipment, - submission of documentation, - professional operator training, -full authorized service...
