• 4K ICG laparoscopic sling for the 1st surgical clinic Description: The subject of the order is the supply of goods - purchase, delivery and installation of the medical device 4K ICG laparoscopic sling and accessories specified in the description of the subject of the contract for the 1st surgical clinic clinic of the L. Pasteur Kosice University Hospital. The subject of the order must be new, unused and unrefurbished, in perfect condition and must comply with all valid legal regulations on the territory of the Slovak Republic. An integral part of the order is transport to place of delivery, unloading at the place of delivery, unpacking and disposal of packaging, submission of written documents necessary for the acquisition of ownership rights to the subject of the order, provision of user documentation for the subject of the order necessary for proper and faultless use of the subject of the contract for the specified purpose in accordance with all legal regulations, completion and putting the subject of the contract into operation (installation) with the issuance of a confirmation of installation, testing the functionality and operability of the delivered of the subject of the order, performance of the first official test (acceptance test), professional training of personnel, provision of authorized warranty service in the length of min. 24 months and carrying out all preventive inspections and checks that are stipulated by law regulations and prescribed by the manufacturer for the offered goods during the warranty period.
