- The subject of the contract is the delivery of goods - purchase, delivery and installation of the medical device - 4K ICG laparoscopic tower and accessories specified in the description of the subject of the contract for the first surgical clinic of the University Hospital L. Pasteur Košice. The subject of the contract must be new, unused and unrefined,in flawless condition and must be corresponded to all applicable legislation in the territory of the Slovak Republic. An integral part of the contract is transport to the place of delivery, unloading at the place of delivery, unpacking and disposal of packaging, handing over the written documents necessary for acquiring ownershipto the subject of the contract, the provision of user documentation for the subject of the contract necessary for proper and flawless use of the subject of the contract for the set purpose in accordance with all legal regulations, the completion and commissioning of the subject of the contract into operation (installation) with the issue of the installation confirmation,testing of the functionality and operation of the delivered subject of the contract, carrying out the first official examination (acceptance exam), professional training of staff, providing authorized warranty service in the length of min. 24 months and carrying out all preventive examinations and checks that are setlegal regulations and prescribed by the manufacturer for the offered goods during the warranty period.
