One powder vial contains 38.5 micrograms of blinatumomab. Reconstitution with water for injections is obtainedFinal Blinatumomab concentration 12.5 micrograms/ml. The drug is indicated as a monotherapy of pediatric patients 1 or more months for the treatment of ALL from B-cell precursors with negative philadelphia chromosome and positive CD19, which is refractory or relay after completing at least twoPrevious treatment or relay after receiving a previous allogeneous transplantation of hematopoietic stem cells. The drug is indicated as a monotherapy of pediatric patients 1 or more months for the treatment of ALL from precursors of B-cell precursors with negative philadelphia chromosome, positiveCD19 and high risk in the first relapse as part of the consolidation treatment.
