- Accidental insurance: The subject of the customs is the insurance of harm to the railway rail vehicles (hereinafter referred to as the "ZKV") according to Act no. 39/2015 Coll. on Insurance and on the amendment and supplemented of some of the ends in amended (hereinafter referred to as "insurance") defined in these dedicated documents.
