Description:
The subject of the contract is the conclusion of the framework agreement, the subject of which is to determine the conditions for awarding orders for the purchase and delivery of battery batteries as a source of electricity for motor vehicles of the contracting authority. Part of the subject of the order is also to ensure the recovery collection of usedAccumulator batteries in accordance with the applicable legislation relating to and management according to the conditions of the framework agreement. The subject of the contract also includes the delivery of the draft codification data to the goods of the subject of the contract in accordance with Stanag 4177 and according to Act no. 11/2004 Coll. about defensiveStandardization, codification and state verification of the quality of products and services for the purposes of defense, as amended and Decree of the Ministry of Defense of the Slovak Republic no. 476/2011 Coll. laying down details on the methodology of processing the draft codification data, about program equipment forProcessing of the proposals of codification data, on the draft codification data and the obligations of the supplier of the product, as amended.
