- The subject of the contract is the provision of services in the public interest, namely the provision of services of a regular urban bus transport (hereinafter referred to as "MHD") on the routes listed in Annex no. E.1
tender documents. Services must be provided by a technically suitable urban bus with
at least two doorsFor entry and output of at least 110 cm wide with a capacity of at least 25
seats, including the necessary technical basis - a backup bus of a similar type of
urban or intercity design, which will meet the requirements listed in the Decree
Ministry of Transport of the Slovak Republic no. 269/2024 Coll. - as a replacement in the event of a failure
