• Addition of equipment CT equipment for RDGaZM Description: The subject of the contract is the purchase, delivery and installation of CT equipment for the Department of Radiodiagnostics and Imaging Methods. The subject of the order must be new, unused and unrefurbished, in perfect condition, approved for import and sale within the territory of the Slovak Republic or within the framework of the European Union and will comply with valid international standards, STN, generally binding legal regulations. An integral part of the order is mostly (but not exclusively) transportation to the location deliveries, unloading at the place of delivery, unpacking and disposal of packaging, handing over written documents necessary for the acquisition of ownership rights to the subject of the order, provision of user documentation for the subject of the order necessary for proper and error-free using the subject of the contract for the specified purpose in accordance with all legal regulations, completion, putting the subject of the contract into operation (installation) with the issuance of a certificate of installation, testing the functionality of all min. set parameters, values ​​and the characteristics of the goods (if relevant) and the operability of the delivered object of the order, the performance of the first official test (acceptance test), the professional training of personnel to the necessary extent, the provision of authorized warranty service for the goods, as well as all its components and accessories have a quality guarantee for the duration of min. 24 months and carrying out all preventive inspections and checks that are stipulated by legal regulations and prescribed by the manufacturer for the offered goods during the entire warranty period.
