- The subject of the contract is the provision of the services of support, operation and development of the information agenda system (AGIS), ensuring the repair of errors and development according to the customer's requirements. The purpose is to ensure the implementation of operations in the form of services provided to trouble -free use and development of IS based on the customer's requirements.
Operation, maintenance and development of IS AGIS are provided in accordance with the legislation in force for the application that includes the following modules:
AGIS -MFR - Financial Management Module (MFR) - Designed for:
• Input of payment orders submitted by the project support section and State aid, direct support section and market organizations;
• For checking and management of payments, administration and counting of irregularities and refunded funds, generating reports for processing and checking the data "X - Tables" under the Rural Development and European Development Program Agricultural Guarantee Fund and provides links and
• Transfer of accounting information to fund accounting information system (ISUF),
Agis -first - intended for:
• Processing of archival data.
Agis -Sot - intended for:
• Management and administration of market measures and business mechanisms of common Market organizations (SOT) within the framework of the Agency's Agriculture Agency and
• For administration and reporting of payments in SOT's agricultural commodities, which are financed within the warranty section of the European Agricultural Orientation and Guarantee Fund of the European Commission (EZOZF).
