• Application, methodical and user support services, provision of legislative and minor changes to SAP and systems on the SAP platform, development services, development and modification of SAP functionalities and systems on the SAP platform, development of new interfaces between SAP and no-SAP applications until the transition to SAP S/4HANA and BW/4 HANA Description: The subject of the order is the provision of smooth and stable operation of the SAP information system through comprehensive support and at the same time its strategic development. The subject of the contract therefore includes not only daily maintenance and user support services, but also the implementation of development requirements and projects necessary for the modernization of the system until the transition to S/4HANA and BW/4HANA.
