Description:
The subject of the contract is the evaluation of measures to comply with the Charter of Fundamental Rights of the European Union, the Convention of the United Nations (hereinafter referred to as the "UN") on the rights of persons with disabilities, gender equality, non -discrimination and accessibility of people with disabilities that are defined in Partner Agreement of the Slovak Republic for 2021 - 2027 (hereinafter referred to as the "PD") and in the Regulation of the European Parliament and of the Council (EU) 2021/1060 of 24 June 2021, laying down the joint provisions on the European Regional Development Fund, the European Social Fund PLUS, the Cohesage Fund, the Fund for Righteous Transformation A European marine, fishing and aquacultural fund and budget rules for the above -mentioned funds, as well as for asylum fund, migration and integration, internal security and financial support tool for border management management and visa policy (hereinafter referred to as "Regulation) 2021/1060") as horizontal principles (hereinafter referred to as "HP"). Compliance with the horizontal principles should be evaluated within the implementation of the program Slovakia (hereinafter referred to as "P SK") with regard to the set processes and perception of the effectiveness of measures by providers and beneficiaries.
