Description:
1. Associated supply of natural gas including transport in the quality set by the relevant generally binding legal regulations (Act No. 251/2012 Coll. On Energy and on Amendments to Certain Acts, as amended, Decree of the Office for Network Industries No. 24/2013 Coll. was
250/2012 Coll. on regulation in network industries) to the contracting authority offtake points. This is the supply of natural gas including transport for a period of 36 months from the effectiveness of the contract, in the estimated amount of 26 100 MWh (expected annual consumption of natural gas 8,700 MWh) to the current offtake points, including the transfer of liability for a deviation to the supplier in accordance with the Decree of the Office for Regulation of Network Industries no. 24/2013 Coll.
2. Access security to the appropriate distribution system for all offtake points, distribution
natural gas in the quality guaranteed by the technical conditions of the future operator of the distribution system, system service and other services connected with the use of the system and with the distribution and transport of natural gas from the future operator of the distribution system, to which individual collection points are connected to the extent and according to the conditions of the contracting authority and the operating rules of the future distribution system operator.
