Description:
The subject of the contract is the construction, embossing and supply of gold collector euro coins with a nominal value of EUR 33 and EUR 100, according to the specification and in the quality stated in Annex no. 1 Part D. Separate Annexes of the tender documents containing the draft framework agreement for the embossing and supply of gold collector'sEuro coins C-NBS1-000-108-809 and according to the other conditions specified in this draft contract. Part of the subject of performance of this contract also includes the obligation to deliver the subject of performance to the client's acceptance point (unless the customer has set out in the order that the euro coins will take over from the supplier to his owncosts), delivery of euro coins in the package according to Annex no. 1 of the proposal of the framework agreement in question, as well as the obligation to ensure testing of the purity of gold, the submission of test reflectors and their approval, labeling approved patterns, test reflections and destroying failure, in the manner and under conditionsstated in the framework agreement in question.supplies
