• Automated system of electronic registry and document circulation management for the Comenius University in Bratislava Description: The subject of this above-limit mixed order for the supply of goods and the provision of services is the supply, installation and implementation (including modifications according to the internal processes of the public procurer) of the certified electronic information system of public administration Electronic Registry (hereinafter referred to as the "system"), to ensure complete management of paper and electronic documents with the aim of ICT means to completely cover the processes from the receipt of the submission, its registration to the archiving of the file and the circulation of documents. The subject of the contract is also the provision of technical support services for the operation, maintenance and development of the system in order to ensure its proper operability and adjust functionality so that interoperability with all information systems with which the system will be integrated during a period of at least 5 years can be ensured.
