• Balance of Competence Description: The subject of the order is the implementation of professional consulting services in the form of the consulting program Balance of Competence. The consulting program Balance of Competence (hereinafter also "consulting program" or "balance of competence") will be implemented within the framework of the national project "Competence balance" (hereinafter also "the project"), through 2 main activities: 1. Competence balance - for the target group of job seekers and inactive persons, 2. Competence balance for young people - for the goal a group of young people under the age of 30 in a NEET situation (hereinafter referred to as "participant" or "participants"). the method of its implementation, the framework of content focus, as well as the list and form of output documents for participants are important for both project activities as well. The individualization of the competence balance will be ensured by focusing on solving the needs of a specific participant and will be reflected in the participant's output documents. A closer specification of the subject of the individual parts of the contract is listed in Annex no. 1 of the framework agreement for the relevant part of the subject of the contract.
