Description:
The purpose of the preparatory market consultations is to address economic entities that deal with the supply and service of brachytherapy systems with the aim of informing the market about the upcoming order and obtaining feedback from potential interested parties, to be determined in the upcoming public procurement the expected value of the contract and the objective parameters and requirements for the subject of the contract, which the public contracting authority shall state in the description of the subject of the contract so that the principles of public procurement specified in Act no. 343/2015 Coll. on public procurement and on amendments to certain laws v as amended (hereinafter referred to as the "Public Procurement Act").
Economic entities that participate in preparatory market consultations can subsequently participate in the prepared procedure for awarding the order and submit an offer.
Subject contract is to procure a complete afterloading brachytherapy system including all applicators for surface, intracavitary and interstitial brachytherapy for the purposes of the new Military Hospital in Prešov.
As there are currently several manufacturers with alternative approaches and options brachytherapy, the aim of the preparatory market consultation will be consultation:
- Technical specifications of the offered devices
- Space requirements for individual devices
- Price sessions of alternative solutions
