- The subject of the contract is the development and delivery of project documentation at the level of construction plan and construction project in the details of the implementation project (SZP/VPP), including geodetic focus (GZ), engineering work and author's supervision. The contractor will provide the project documentation if necessary also the extension of the validity of the issued and valid decision on the construction plan and the verification of the construction project by the competent authority until the handover of the construction site to the contractor of the implementation works in accordance with Act no. 25/2025 Coll. and on the amendment of certain laws (hereinafter referred to as the "Construction Act").

BRATISLAVA MAIN STATION - RECONSTRUCTION - project documentation
The subject of the order is the development and delivery of project documentation at the level of construction plan and construction project in the details of the implementation project (SZP/VPP) including geodetic focus (GZ), engineering activity and author's supervision. The developer of the project documentation, if necessary, will also ensure the extension of the validity of the issued and valid decision on the construction plan and the verification of the construction project by the competent authority until the time of handover construction site to the contractor of implementation works in accordance with Act no. 25/2025 Coll. and on the amendment of certain laws (hereinafter referred to as the "Construction Act").
