- BRATISLAVA MAIN STATION RECONSTRUCTION project documentation Description: The subject of the order is the preparation and delivery of project documentation at the level of the construction plan and the construction project in the details of the implementation project (SZP/VPP) including the geodetic focus (GZ), engineering activity and author's supervision. If necessary, the developer of the project documentation will also ensure the extension of the validity of the issued and valid decision on the construction plan and the verification of the construction project by the relevant authority until handover of the construction site to the contractor of implementation works in accordance with Act no. 25/2025 Coll. and on the amendment and addition of certain laws (hereinafter referred to as the "construction law"). A more detailed description of the subject of the contract is included in attachment no. 2 of these competition documents.
