- The subject of the contract is to ensure the continuation and direct continuation of the ongoing HAP1 project, which is aimed at arranging the ownership and use of land in the location of the marginalized Roma community (MRK) in the village of Bystrany. HAP2 extends the implemented activities to a new territory and has for the goal is to strengthen the spatial integration between the settlement of MRK and the central territory of the municipality. JPU are focused on the arrangement of ownership and use conditions for land under settlements, in accordance with Act no. 330/1991 Coll. on land improvements.
The purpose of the JPU project is to support the arrangement of legal relations with land in the MRK settlement. The specific goal projects Creation of prerequisites for improving hygienic and social living conditions of MRK residents.
