- The subject of the orders entered in the dynamic purchasing system will be the purchase of desktop and server licenses (goods, service/subscription), such as the operating system, client access licenses (CALs), cloud software licenses, office software systems on creation of documents and their extensions for mutual communication and collaboration. The aim of establishing a dynamic purchasing system and placing orders in the dynamic purchasing system is to enable public contracting authorities to flexibly place orders in accordance with the Act on public procurement according to their real needs, i.e. at a time and to an extent known to him.
