Description:
The subject of the order is the procurement of a registration information system (RIS) and support for its operation for a period of 48 months for 400 concurrently working users. It is mainly about:
• creation and implementation of electronic forms for communication through the UPVS, at least in the scope of an official letter a decision
• integration of RIS into central public administration systems,
• integration of RIS into agenda systems of the UDZS, including the necessary support for suppliers of agenda systems,
• data migration from the existing system (as part of the exit plan with the current provider),
• of the connector system to the electronic mailbox The Office for Health Care Supervision (hereinafter referred to as the "Office") on the Central Public Administration Portal (hereinafter referred to as the "UPVS").
203/2021, which amends the decree of the Ministry of the Interior of the Slovak Republic no. 525/2011 Coll. on standards for electronic information systems for registry management in the currently valid wording (hereinafter referred to as the "measure") and must be integrated into the eGov infrastructure in accordance with the DIZ from NASES.
It is part of the order 24-month free warranty for the supplied RIS, services provided during the operation of the RIS in the scope of 48 months, development of the DIZ and EXIT Plan of the registry, implementation of the exit plan, including the integration of the prepared IS UDZS based on the requirements of the UDZS.
