• Chassis service of IVECO service trucks Description: The subject of the order is the repair and maintenance of IVECO brand vehicles in accordance with Commission Regulation (EU) No. 461/2010 on the application of Article 101 paragraph 3 of the Treaty on the Functioning of the European Union on category of vertical agreements and coordinated procedures in the motor vehicle sector, namely a professionally capable repair shop that has the technical, professional, diagnostic and material equipment necessary for the proper provision of the required service services for the relevant type of vehicle without replacement or with the replacement of spare parts (original spare parts or approved spare parts by the public procurer) for motor vehicles with the maximum permissible total weight of category N1 higher than 3500 kg, N2, N3 and service (warranty and post-warranty) of these vehicles, in terms of the categorization of vehicles according to Act no. 106/2018 Coll. on the operation of vehicles in road traffic and on the amendment and addition of some laws as amended by later regulations (hereinafter "service services"). Service services concern at least the service completions prescribed by the manufacturer, the replacement and maintenance of regularly worn parts, the preparation of the vehicle fleet for technical inspection with the aim of successfully performing technical and emissions inspection.
