- The Agency for ensuring the minimum limit for 2025 valid from 1 July 2025 plans to implement a public procurement for the selection of recognized storage of emergency supply of oil and petroleum products pursuant to § 8 par. 2 of Act no. 218/2013 Coll. on emergency supply of oil and petroleum products and on the solution of the conditionoil emergency and on amendments to certain acts, as amended (hereinafter referred to as "Act 218/2013 Coll.").
In this context, we would like to inform you that the aim of publishing this preliminary announcement is to advise the relevant supplier that the agency is preparing publicProcurement and proceeds to make orders over the next few weeks.
