Cleaning work in UUPaV facilities Description: Provision of cleaning work in the facilities of the Office for Territorial Planning and Development of the Slovak Republic for a period of 24 months after the Framework Agreement becomes effective. More detailed specification of the subject of the contract can be found in Appendix No. 1 - Description subject of the contract - Specification of required services (west, center and east). The services that the successful bidder undertakes to provide as part of the execution of the subject of the order will be internally divided into: 1. Regular services in accordance with Part I. Annex no. 1 (all services provided during the year on a regularly recurring basis, the sum of all the services in question will form a flat rate, or a fixed monthly payment from the public procurer); 2. Irregular services in accordance with Part II. Attachments no. 1 (services that will the successful bidder to provide exclusively on the basis of the order issued by the public procurer). The quantities are detailed in Annex No. 2.1 PR (current services, i.e. expected scope of cleaning works, at the beginning of the provision of cleaning works, respectively from the effectiveness of the RD) and Appendix no. 2.2 Max.
