• Description:
• The subject of the contract is the purchase and delivery of consumables intended for the safe administration of cytostatics, the expected quantity and type of which is set for a period of 24 months. The subject of the order must be in perfect condition and must correspond to all valid ones by law on the territory of the Slovak Republic. An integral part of the order is transport to the place of delivery, unloading at the place of delivery and provision of a guarantee for the delivered goods. Detailed definition of the subject of the order, including elaborated min. technical specifications and requirements of the public contracting authority for the subject of the contract, forms a separate part C. Description of the subject of the contract tender documents (hereinafter referred to as "SP").
