• Collection and evaluation of small construction waste Collection and evaluation of other construction waste The subject of the order is the collection and evaluation of non-hazardous construction waste, waste catalog numbers: 20 03 08, 17 01 01, 17 01 02, 17 01 03, 17 01 07, 17 03 02, 17 05 04, 17 09 04, 20 02 02 (hereinafter referred to as "waste") in accordance with Act no. 79/2015 Coll. on waste and on the amendment and supplementation of certain laws as amended and in accordance with the Decree of the Ministry of the Environment of the Slovak Republic no. 365/2015 z.z. as amended. The order is divided into 2 parts: 1st part of the contract: Collection and evaluation of small construction waste 2nd part of the order: Collection and evaluation of other construction waste A detailed definition of the subject of the contract is the content of Annex no. 1 to the contract in part B.2 Business conditions for delivery of the subject of the tender documents. The subject of the contract is the collection and evaluation of construction waste, waste catalog number 20 03 08 small construction waste (hereinafter referred to as "waste"). It is considered small construction waste waste from normal maintenance work performed by or for a natural person. These are mainly fragments of concrete, remains of bricks, wall tiles, tiles and ceramics, including ceramic furnishings (sinks, toilets), remains of soil and aggregates, building materials containing slag, aerated concrete, etc. The estimated amount of collected waste for a period of 36 months (during the duration of the contractual relationship) is a maximum of 7,500 t.
