- Description:
- The provider will arrange for the transportation of hazardous materials at the city's contracted municipal waste dump (hereinafter referred to as "MSW"), designated by the public contracting authority: the Ε ariΕ‘ Company's waste dump. The provider has the obligation to ensure the removal of waste to the specified location with the operator of which the customer has concluded a contract relationship. The subject of the contract (procurement) is not disposal of municipal waste by landfilling. The place of waste disposal by landfilling is the Ε ariΕ‘ Company Waste Landfill.
As part of the waste management service, the Provider will provide:
a) delivery of collection containers for mixed municipal waste, bio-waste and for the sorted components of municipal waste (including bags) for the Customer to the extent and quantity necessary for the proper provision of the service,
b) passporting, delivery of identifiers (RFID TAG chips) and installation on collection containers for mixed municipal waste and bio-waste to the Customer, with the exception of collection containers for sorted components of municipal waste (including bags), depending on the number of collection containers,
c) delivery of semi-underground containers, construction of semi-underground container stands and the ability to handle semi-underground containers with a hydraulic hand single-hook system.
Subject contract is the provision of services connected with the collection, transport and management of municipal waste and small construction waste in accordance with Act No. 79/2015 Coll. on waste and on the amendment of certain laws as amended, i.e. j. collection and transportation of mixed municipal waste 20... - Documents:
