- Collection and transportation of waste in the city of SabinovDescription: The provider will ensure the transport of ZKO in the city's contractual municipal waste dump (hereafter referred to as "TKO"), designated by the public contractor: the Saris Company Waste Dump. The provider has the obligation to ensure the removal of waste to the specified location with the operator with which the customer has a contractual relationship. The subject of the contract (procurement) is not the total assessment of municipal waste by storage. The waste collection point for landfilling is the Saris Waste Landfill. As part of the waste management service, the Provider will ensure: a) delivery of collection containers for mixed municipal waste, bio-waste and for the sorting of municipal waste components (including bags) for the Customer in the extent and quantity necessary for the proper provision of the service, b) passporting, delivery of identifiers (RFID TAG chips) and installation in collection containers for mixed municipal waste and biowaste to the Customer, with the exception of collection containers for sorting municipal waste (including bags), depending on the number of collection containers, c) delivery of semi-underground containers, construction of semi-underground container stands and the ability to manipulate semi-underground containers hydraulically with a single-hook system. The subject of the contract is the provision of services connected with the collection, transportation and handling of municipal waste and small construction waste in accordance with Act No. 79/2015 Coll. on waste and on the amendment of some laws as amended, i.e. j. collection and transport of mixed municipal waste 20 03 01; bulky waste 20 03 07; separately sorted KO components - waste from glass 20 01 02, plastics 20 01 39, metals (metal packaging) 20 01 40 (200104), VKM (tetrapaks) based on cardboard 20 01 03, paper 20 01 01; biodegradable waste 20 02 01; biodegradable kitchen waste (20 01 08), ...
