• Collection, evaluation and disposal of mixed municipal waste, bulky waste, small construction waste, biodegradable waste and sorted components of municipal waste The subject of the contract is the provision of services in the management of municipal waste, i.e. services connected with the collection, transportation and recovery or disposal of municipal waste, disinfection and cleaning, including its sorted components and the operation of collection yards in the territory of the city of Žilina. Services must be provided in accordance with hierarchy of waste management resulting from Act No. 79/2015 Coll. on waste and on the amendment of certain laws as amended (hereinafter referred to as the "Waste Act") and related legal regulations for the period from 01.01.2027 - 31.12.2030 including (anticipated date in view of the end of the public procurement and the conclusion of the Framework Agreement with the successful bidder), i.e. j. for 48 months. The provision of services will begin no later than 01.01.2027, with the exception of ensuring the operation of collection yards, on the establishment of which the successful bidder (in the legal capacity of the Supplier) (hereinafter referred to only as: "applicant" or also as: "Supplier") has a period of 6 months from the entry into force of the Framework Agreement, while the successful bidder himself ensures their establishment (e.g. suitable location, technical equipment, etc.).
