Collection, transportation, recovery and valuation of municipal waste on the territory of the municipality of Viľas 2026 - 2035 Description: The subject of the contract is the collection, handling, transportation and valuation or valuation of municipal waste from the municipality of Viľas from residents of family housing and from of legal entities (economic entities) from their non-economic activity, namely mixed municipal waste, waste catalog number 200301, 200307, 200308, 200201, 200203, 200125, 200127, 200133, 200134, 200127, 200128 and 200108 including evaluation or total assessment from containers of the type 110 l, 240 l, 1100 l and including all containers and large-volume containers (on the basis of the request of the public contractor) with polluted separately collected components of municipal waste above the permissible level of pollution according to § 59 par. 9 Act No. 79/2015 Coll. on waste and on the amendment of certain laws. The public procurer reserves the right to change the expected quantity in the unit of measure in the relevant year as part of the performance of the contract. The public procurer may annually place even a smaller amount of MSW than the expected annual amount of MSW through the Supplier. At the same time, the customer can annually place a larger amount of MSW in the MSW stack through the Supplier than the expected annual amount.
