- Collection, transportation, recovery and valuation of municipal waste on the territory of the municipality of Viľas 2026 - 2035 Description: The subject of the contract is the collection, handling, transportation and valuation or valuation of municipal waste from the municipality of Viľas from residents of family housing and from legal entities (business entities) from their non-economic activities, namely mixed municipal waste waste catalog number 200301, 200307, 200308, 200201, 200203, 200125, 200127, 200133, 200134, 200127, 200128 and 200108 including evaluation or total evaluation from containers of type 110 l, 240 l, 1100 l and including all containers and large-volume containers (based on the request of the public procurer) with polluted separately collected municipal waste components above the permissible level of pollution according to § 59 par. 9 of Act No. 79/2015 Coll. on waste and on the amendment of certain laws. The public contractor reserves the right to change the item Expected quantity in the unit of measure in the relevant year as part of the performance of the contract. The public contractor can annually place a smaller amount of solid waste than the expected annual amount of solid waste in the MSW folder through the Supplier.
