Description:
Collection, transportation, recovery and valuation of municipal waste on the territory of the municipality of Viľas 2026 - 2035 Description: The subject of the contract is the collection, handling, transportation and valuation or valuation of municipal waste from the municipality of Viľas from residents of family housing and from legal entities (business entities) from of their non-economic activity, namely mixed municipal waste, waste catalog number 200301, 200307, 200308, 200201, 200203, 200125, 200127, 200133, 200134, 200127, 200128 and 200108 including appreciation or total appreciation from containers of the type 110 l, 240 l, 1100 l and including all containers and large-volume containers (on the basis of the request of the public procurer) with polluted separately collected municipal waste components above the permissible level of pollution according to § 59 par. 9 of Act No. 79/2015 Coll. on waste and on the amendment and addition of some laws. The public procurer reserves the right to the item change the amount in the unit of measure in the relevant year as part of the contract performance. The public contractor can annually place a smaller amount of MSW than the expected annual amount of MSW in the MSW depot through the Supplier. At the same time, the customer can annually place MSW in the warehouse through the Supplier even a larger amount of MSW than the expected annual amount.
