• Combined supply of natural gas, including transport in the quality determined by the relevant authorities generally binding legal regulations (Act No. 251/2012 Coll. on energy and on the change some laws as amended, Decree of the Regulation Office network branch no. 24/2013 Coll., establishing the rules for the functioning of the internal market s electricity and rules for the functioning of the internal gas market, Act no. 250/2012 Coll. o regulation in network sectors) to public supply points the contracting authority. It is about supply of natural gas, including transportation, for a period of 36 months from the effective date of the contract, v the expected amount of 25,800 MWh to the current collection points, including the transfer of responsibility for the deviation to the supplier in accordance with the Decree Office for the Regulation of Network Industries No. 24/2013 Coll.
