• Combined supply of natural gas for the needs of SVP, s.p. for the years 2026 - 2029 Description: Combined supply of natural gas, including transportation, in the quality determined by the relevant generally binding legal regulations (Act No. 251/2012 Coll. on Energy and on the Amendment of of laws as amended by later regulations, Decree of the Office for the Regulation of the Network Branch No. 24/2013 Coll., establishing the rules for the functioning of the internal electricity market and the rules for the functioning of the internal gas market, Act No. 250/2012 Coll. or regulation in network industries) to the collection points of the public procurer. One is the delivery of natural gas, including transportation, for a period of 36 months from the effective date of the contract, in the expected amount of 25,800 MWh to the current collection points, including transmission responsibility for the deviation lies with the supplier in accordance with the Decree of the Office for the Regulation of Network Industries no. 24/2013 Coll.
