- The subject of the order is the supply of commercial work vehicles with a total weight of up to 3.5 t with warning lights and mandatory equipment according to the specifications given in the tender documents and in their annexes. The vehicles will primarily be used for maintenance of public lighting in the city of Bratislava. The subject in the 1st part of the prohibitions is the delivery of 3 vehicles with an option to purchase another 3 vehicles; in the 2nd part of the contract, the subject is the delivery of 2 vehicles with an option to purchase another 2, and in the 3rd part of the contract, the subject is the delivery of 1 flatbed with the option to buy another 1 flatbed. A detailed description of the subject of the contract can be found in the tender documents. In the case of exercise of the option, the Contracting Parties are entitled to agree on a deadline for the delivery of such a vehicle different from that specified in the proposal for fulfillment of applicant criteria. The contracting authority is entitled to exercise the option within a period of one year from the date of entry into force of the Agreement. 1st part of the order: Gasoline/diesel utility vehicles The subject of the contract is the delivery of useful work vehicles with a total weight of up to 3.5 t with warning lights and mandatory equipment according to the specifications given in the tender documents and in their annexes.
