• Community center in the former house of the director of ZS Bernolakovo Description: The aim of the competition is to obtain a proposal for the construction of a community center in the village of Bernolakovo, thereby creating space for social, educational and cultural activities, as well as increasing the overall attractiveness life in the village. The combination of internal functions, as well as the solution of exterior areas in the immediate vicinity of the proposed building, will complement other public buildings of the village, which are concentrated around the planned territory, such as an elementary school, a cultural center, sports hall, children's playground or outdoor skatepark. The current office is also located nearby. The proposed land is located in the cadastral territory of the village of Bernolakovo, on plots 2746/3 (144 m2), 2746/4 (1563 m2), 2747/12 (4724 m2) and 2745/1 (8278 m2). This land it also partly passes through Skolska Street, the part of which can be stopped. However, Skolska Street must remain passable for pedestrians and cyclists. All plots are owned by the municipality. Riesen parcels are bordered by Dukelska and Hlavna ulica. On the neighbors in addition to family houses, the plots include a cultural center, a supermarket, a multi-functional sports hall and an elementary school.
