- The subject of the contract is the implementation of professional consulting services in the form of a consulting program
Consulting program Balance of competences (hereinafter also "consulting program" or
"balance of competences") will be implemented within the national project "Balance of competences" (hereinafter
"project"), through 2 main activities:
1. Balance of competences - for the target group of job seekers and inactive persons,
2. Competence balance for young people - for the target group of young people under 30 in the NEET situation
(hereinafter also "participant" or "participants").
Objectives of the counseling program, the structure and method of its implementation, the content focus framework, as well as
the list and form of output documents for participants are the same for both main project activities.
The individualization of the balance of competences will be ensured by focusing on the solution
the needs of a specific participant and will manifest in the participant's output documents.
