• Competency balance Description: The subject of the contract is the implementation of professional consulting services in the form of a competence balance consulting program. The consulting program Balance of Competence (hereinafter also "consulting program" or "balance of competence") will be implemented within the framework of the national project "Balance competence" (hereinafter also "project"), through 2 main activities: 1. Competence balance - for the target group of job seekers and inactive persons, 2. Competence balance for young people - for the target group of young people under 30 in the NEET situation (hereinafter also "participant" or "participants"). for the participants, the main activities of the project are the same for both. The individualization of the competence balance will be ensured by focusing on already solving the needs of a specific participant and will be reflected in the participant's outgoing documents. A closer specification of the subject of individual parts of the contract is given in Annex no. 1 of the framework agreement for the relevant part of the subject matter of the contract.
