• The subject of the order is the purchase, delivery and installation of a 1-bar angiographic system including accessories. The subject of the contract must be new, unused and unrelated, in a flawless condition, approved for import and sale within the territory of the Slovak Republic. within the European Union and will meetvalid international standards, STN, generally binding legal regulations. An integral part of the contract, in particular (but not exclusively), is transport to the place of delivery, unloading at the place of delivery, unpacking and disposal of packaging, handing over the written documents necessary to acquire the right to the right of ownership toof the subject of the contract, the provision of user documentation for the subject of the contract necessary for proper and flawless use of the subject of the contract for the set purpose in accordance with all legal regulations, completion, commissioning of the subject of the contract (installation) with the issue of the installation certificate,Testing the functionality of all min. set parameters, values ​​and properties of the goods (if it is relevant) and the operation of the delivered subject of the contract, carrying out the first official examination (acceptance exam), professional training of staff to the extent necessary, providing authorized warrantyservice in the length of min. 24 months and the implementation of all preventive examinations and inspections set out by law and prescribed to the manufacturer for the offered goods during the entire warranty period.
