- The subject of the contract is the delivery and installation of a new, unrefined and unused device for robotically assisted walking stimulation (hereinafter referred to as "goods") for the Clinic of Physiatry, Balneology and Medical Rehabilitation.
The subject of the contract must be in a flawless state and must correspond to all valid legalby regulation in the territory of the Slovak Republic. An integral part of the contract is transport to the place of delivery, unloading at the place of delivery, unpacking and disposal of packaging, handing over the written documents necessary to acquire the right to the subject of the contract, to provide user documentation toSubject of the contract necessary for proper and flawless use of the subject of the contract for the set purpose in accordance with all legal regulations, completion and commissioning of the subject of the contract (installation) with the issue of the installation confirmation, testing the functionality and operation of the delivered subjectcontracts, execution of the first official examination (acceptance exam), professional training of staff, as well as providing an authorized 24 -month warranty service and conducting all preventive inspections and inspections set by legal regulations and prescribed to the manufacturer for the offered goods offeredduring the warranty period.
