• Description:
• The subject of the project is the new construction of a university accommodation facility (student dormitory/dormitory) with a university library in the campus of TnUAD on Študentská street. The building is designed as an addition to the northern part of the existing university campus more compact (closed) unit. Physical and layout solution: • the accommodation part has four floors, located in the northern part of the area • the library is designed as a five-story building facing Student Street •the objects are connected by a two-story building mass along Študentská Street Functional solution: • dormitory/apartment cells with a central corridor; always a pair of rooms with shared sanitary facilities • additional facilities for accommodated students: fitness and laundry (washing bed linen is considered externally) • a library with an open floor layout, a book collection in the central part and study places around the perimeter • in the connecting material: accommodation entrance, administration and library facilities, • on the connecting mass floor: multi-purpose hall Completion university campus TnUAD The subject of the project is the new construction of a university accommodation facility (student dormitory/dormitory) with a university library in the campus of TnUAD on Študentská street.
