Description:
The subject of the contract is the delivery and service support of the comprehensive hospital information system (KNIS) for the needs of the Liptov hospital with the polyclinic MUDr. Ivana Stodola Liptovsky Mikulaš including the supply of technical and application equipment for production and testing environment, data backup, migrationdata from the current Clinicom CC information system, S4M at least in the range of complete medical data on all patients, ensuring functionality, reliability, system availability, all in terms of efficiency and cost minimization.
Including the delivery is also necessaryInfrastructure to support all processes and activities related to the fulfillment of the subject of the contract.
The contracting authority requires the applicants to provide service support to the extent specified in the draft contract for a period of at least 48 months.
Part of service support is the provision of methodologicalHot-line phone support at least on working days (8 x 5). In the event of a serious error restricting operation, complete removal of the error within 24 hours (or the next working day).
