Description:
The subject of the contract is the execution of construction works. The building is located in the monument zone of Rimavska Sobota and consists of a separate historical building of the NKP and a newly built administrative part. The objects are not connected in purpose-built parts, only in the level of the attic, currently unused. They are located on two separate plots. The subject of the solution is mainly a 2nd floor in a historical building which serves mainly for the purpose of a permanent exhibition for public visitors.
The reconstruction of the 2nd floor will take place while the equipment on the 1st floor of the historic building is in full operation.
The project deals with complex restoration interior spaces with permanent exposure with attached sanitary spaces, including corridors. It will be a complex reconstruction, including all installation distributions within the floor. As part of the renovation, all PVC floor coverings, tiles and carpet will be removed, including the original screed to the supporting structure with zel. bet. with hr. 50 mm. A new level is created for individual rooms with the help of a new screed made of concrete and anhydrite.
A new method of ventilation and heating will be implemented instead of a hot water system in radiators, it will be heated and cooled with air conditioning units which will be complemented by artificial ventilation with ventilation and recuperation. The source of heat will be a heat pump located in the courtyard in front of the building. A machine room will be created in the attic to house the HVAC equipment.
