The building is located within the monument zone of the city of Rimavska Sobota and remains of a separate building of the historical NKP building and from the new building of the administrative part. The subject of the solution is mainly a 2-bedroom apartment in a historic building which serves mainly for the purpose of a permanent exhibition for public visitors.
