"Complex reconstruction and implementation of the addition to the Student Dormitory Building 4, Trieda SNP 53, Banska Bystrica" Description: 1. The building is divided into the following building objects and operational files: Building objects: SO - 01 "A" Student Dormitory Building 4 will be implemented in two stagesSO-01.1 "A" Student dormitory building 4 - I. stage east wing with superstructureSO-01.2 "A" Student dormitory building 4 - II. stage west wing SO 02 "B" Building for the management of academic facilities SO 03 Modification of the area of the southern part student dormitory Operating files: PS-01 Elevator existing floors, the 1st underground floor - basement and from the 5th above-ground floor is the implementation of new surface treatments in all of them premises of the building and the work of the main building production, resulting from changes in the design of the existing rooms, as well as complete modifications of social facilities: Project solutions: installation of new plastic windows with insulating triple-glazed windows with a corresponding internal parapet and external plating,• new aluminum, plastic exterior insulating doors, the glazing is triple-glazed, the frame is plastic, aluminum• installation of new internal doors, wooden, fully glazed, into new steel frames, the doors will be solved with threshold,• in all rooms you repair damaged, weathered parts of the plaster of ceilings and walls, new coatings and paintings,• new ceramic wall coverings are proposed in the social facilities, • there will be plastic covering on both sides of the corridors, the so-called plastic salary,• in some rooms, according to the legend, a plasterboard soffit will be made on a suspended steel structure,• in social facilities it is necessary to install plasterboard front walls on a steel structure,• brick up openings, new partitions will be made of of aerated concrete forms,• install new handrails on the stairs in the interior of the building,• build a ram...
