• The subject of the contract is the renovation of the Meštianská corner house building into the cultural center of Banská Štiavnica. The center will be a multifunctional hall suitable for organizing theater performances, live music concerts, and a wide range of social events. The hall will be supplemented by more intimate rooms where club activities take place. The cultural part will be complemented by office spaces serving as support for the center's cultural and social activities. On the ground floor, there will be rentable spaces accessible directly from exterior. Complex reconstruction of the Cultural Center in Banská Štiavnica - construction part. The subject of this part are the following activities: FLOOR MOISTURE REmediation FROM THE INTERIOR: approx. 20m2 RENOVATION OF BASEMENT WALLS FROM THE INTERIOR: NON-INVASIVE METHOD Editing interior wall of the basement: - removal of wet and damaged plaster and visible efflorescence on all walls and ceiling of the basement RENOVATION OF THE BASEMENT WALLS FROM THE EXTERIOR: approx. 150 m2 Excavation of exterior masonry to foundation level: MOISTURE REMEDY Plinth in the exterior Full removal of the existing unsuitable cement plinth RENOVATION OF PRESERVED WALLS OF THE 1ST FLOOR FROM THE EXTERIOR SIDE: Cleaning of masonry, removal of wet and damaged parts, including efflorescence up to the level of the cornice above the 1st floor: WATERPROOFING SYSTEM under the new floor composition (also applies to social facilities) NEW base concrete CEILINGS OF THE 1st, 2nd and 3rd FLOORS FROM THE INTERIOR SIDE: Plaster for ceilings with stucco, Weber penetration, 20 kg package, penetration coating for...
