Description:
The subject of the contract is the renovation of the Meštianska corner house building into the cultural center of Banska Štiavnica. The center will be a multifunctional hall suitable for organizing theater performances, live music concerts, and a wide range of social events. The hall will be supplemented with more intimate rooms in which club activities take place. The cultural part will be complemented by office spaces serving as support for the center's cultural and social activities. On the ground floor, there will be rentable spaces accessible directly from the exterior. Complex reconstruction of the Cultural Center in Banska Štiavnica - construction part. Subject this part includes the following activities: FLOOR MOISTURE REMEDIATION FROM THE INTERIOR SIDE: approx. 20m2 BASEMENT WALLS REVIVAL FROM THE INTERIOR SIDE: NON-INVASIVE METHOD Modification of the interior basement wall: - removal of damp and damaged plaster and visible efflorescence on all basement walls and ceiling RENOVATION OF THE BASEMENT WALLS FROM THE EXTERIOR: approx. 150 m2 Excavation of the exterior masonry to the level of the foundation: REMOVAL OF THE MOISTURE OF THE BASEMENT IN THE EXTERIOR Removal of the existing unsuitable cement plinth in full. and damaged parts, including efflorescence up to the level of the cornice above the 1st floor: WATERPROOFING SYSTEM under the new floor composition (also applies to social facilities) NEW underlying concrete CEILING 1, 2 and 3rd floor FROM THE INTERIOR: Plaster for ceilings with stucco, Weber penetration, 20 kg package, penetration coating for i am...
