• Description:
• The subject of the planned public procurement is the implementation of the Project - complex restoration of bridges on Class I roads. The project will be procured as a public-private partnership project in the form of DBFOM and will therefore include design, construction, financing (finance), operation (operate) and maintenance (maintain) (hereinafter referred to as "Project" in the appropriate grammatical form). The project will be procured through a competitive dialogue procedure according to the provisions of § 74 et seq. Act No. 343/2015 Coll. on public procurement and on change and supplementing some laws as amended (hereinafter referred to as the "Public Procurement Act" in the relevant grammatical form). The public contracting authority assumes that within the framework of the Project there will be a complex restoration of 575 bridges selected by the public to the contracting authority on the basis of their technical condition, significance for safety, transport links and accessibility.
