• Description:
• The subject of the public procurement is the implementation of the Project - complex restoration of bridges on Class I roads. The project is procured as a public-private partnership project in the form of DBFOM, and thus includes design, construction, financing, operation and maintenance (further also as "Project" in the appropriate grammatical form). The project is procured through a competitive dialogue procedure according to the provisions of § 74 et seq. Act No. 343/2015 Coll. on public procurement and on amendments to certain laws as amended (hereinafter referred to as "ZVO"). The contracting authority assumes that as part of the Project, there will be a comprehensive restoration of 558 bridges selected by the public contracting authority on the basis of their technical condition, significance for safety, transport links and accessibility. At the time of the development of the Feasibility Study of the PPP Mosty project, which preceded the decision on implementation of public procurement for the implementation of the Project, the selected bridges were registered in stages STS IV to STS VI according to Technical Conditions TP 060: Inspections, maintenance and repairs of road communications. Bridges (hereinafter referred to as "TP 060"). These are diverse bridge structures (monolithic, prefabricated, steel) with different length and width arrangement that show significant faults and pose an increased risk of exclusion or complete non-functionality in case of further degradation.
